Design Consultation

Our consultants come to you, equipped with all necessary samples. This mobile service model not only offers convenience but also helps in cost-cutting, which we happily pass on to you. Choosing fabrics in the actual window setting of your home offers a true representation of how they will look. Showroom lighting and reflections can often misrepresent the fabric’s appearance, which is why we prefer the authenticity of in-home selection.​ The appointment typically lasts between 1-2 hours, depending on the number of windows and the range of options you are considering. Post-consultation, we take the time to sit down and meticulously review all components of the quote. You can expect a detailed quotation emailed to you by the next day, ensuring accuracy and clarity in every aspect.

Check Measure & Order
If you decide to get the ball rolling, we require a 50% payment upfront to book a re-measure and push the order into production. Regardless of the size of the order or the product, we firmly believe in measure twice, cut once. To eliminate slightest of chances of error the check measure is conducted by the installer, a fresh perspective in case the Design Consultant overlooked an aspect and usually the check measurer is the person who puts up the product as they are aware about the scope of the work.
Install
At Sorted Blinds, we partner with the industry's leading manufacturer to ensure that your window furnishings are of the highest quality. Our manufacturer is renowned for their durability, exceptional quality, and impeccable finish, guaranteeing you receive nothing but the best. We understand the importance of your time. Therefore, we call you in advance to schedule the final installation, ensuring it aligns with your preferred date. To eliminate any inconvenience, we provide exact time slots for the installation. This means you won’t be left waiting all day. Most installations are completed within three hours. However, we'll inform you beforehand about the expected duration and the number of personnel required for your specific project.
